    Eligibility is based on being an essential worker in the median income bracket. For specific income limits and to determine eligibility, please contact our leasing office.

  • What is the income limit for a single person to qualify for the Essential Housing Program?

    The income limit for a single person is $65,440.00 to qualify for our Essential Housing Program.

  • What documents are required for the application process?

    Applicants need to provide income verification items, complete an application for all parties over 18, and possibly additional documentation as required.

  • Are pets allowed at The Aspect Apartments?

    Yes, pets are welcome at The Aspect! We have a dog park for your furry friends to enjoy. There is a $400 pet fee per pet that is non-refundable and a $400 pet deposit per pet that may be refunded at the end of the lease. Pet rent is $25 per pet per month.

    For non-essential workers applying at the regular rate, there are no specific income bracket requirements. However, the standard application and income verification processes apply to ensure affordability.
